“Kalorama” is a Greek neologism signifying “beautiful view” - it also happens to be where you can catch incredible 360 degree views of downtown Ventura, the Pacific, the Channel Islands, and our beautiful hills.
We’re a Ventura-based professional landscape installation company focused on residential and small scale commercial projects…and improving your view.
Our Process

CONSULT
1st step is the project consultation - this phase is critical to ensure we’re a good fit to meet and exceed your expectations and aligned on the scope, budget and inspiration for your project.

PROPOSAL REVIEW
2nd step is the project proposal - this phase details the project scope, materials and cost, overviewing the project vision. A design rendering may be ordered for an additional cost.

PROPOSAL APPROVAL
3rd step is proposal approval - at this phase we’re aligned on scope and vision of the project. The project authorization and deposit is processed and the project moves to the schedule queue.

BUILD
4th step is the build - at this final phase our team is onsite executing the project build. Upon completion we’ll walk through the details completed and instructions for optimal maintenance.
